Hyper 212 coolermaster cpu cooler issues

Hello I have a hyper 212 coolermaster cpu cooler And when my pc is standing upwards the thing has a rattling sound 24/7 But when I laid it down on my carpet and listened no sound at all what's the issue?

I thought the cpu fan was to big for my case so i took the front panel off and it still made the noisebut when I laid it down no sound at all

have you tightened the screws that hold on the other side panel?

Yea why? There as tight as They can be the rattling noise only starts five mins after I start the pc up

Make sure that the fan cable or any other cable for that matter is not hitting the fan when it is spinning. Also, check to make sure that the 212 evo is secure on the motherboard.
