M.2 Bottlenecking?

Go to solution Solved by Electronics Wizardy,

Those are margin of error, don't worry about it.

I just picked up one of the new samsung 960 evo m.2 ssd. After some hassle cloning my old ssd to the new one I ran a speed test to check what results were. It seems to me that it is getting bottlenecked or is not performing at full capacity. I have a i7 6850k with a msi pro gaming carbon and a 1080. There's more than enough pcie lanes even after sli. I understand my mobo shares some lanes with the sata/express and u.2 but I'm not using them. I installed the samsung nvme express driver as well. The picture has my results compared to others with the same drive.

What would cause it to not function properly?
