Computer Makes Click Noise On Boot

Hello all,

I am not ammused to be posting a rather odd question such as this one, but it has been intreging me for more than a year now.

When ever i turn my PC on it gives off a satisfying "CLICK" sound a few seconds after boot (~15) once it around the windows logon screen... I have had this computer for about a year now and has done the sound out of the case or in the case.

Might be something settling because of heat, like a cap or somesuch.

More than likely it's not this, but I know that Windows 7 turns off the hard drive and then turns it back on when it starts the "Starting Windows" animation.

The click noise coming from your computer is from your PSU's built in Geiger counter. Better hired a nuclear specialist to check your room for radiation.

And no its an SSD so there is no hard drive spinup.

Yeah, I didn't think that was actually it. I just know that does happen.
