Youtube dubbing off

I have had this problem for a while, but for some reason when I watch a youtube video on my desktop, the dubbing slowly gets off (Audio before video). I am not sure why, but it does seem to get worse the longer the video lasts, and the only thing that seems to fix it is refreshing the page. Also, it seems that on my second monitor, the dubbing seems to get off much quicker than my main monitor.
