hello, I am finally getting around to replacing those stock jet engines attached to my h100i rad. I just need to know what fan should I get.

I have a budget of $10 each

currently running around 60-70C under load with overclocked 4790k.

I will agree the stock fans are SUPER loud. I went with some NF F12s and couldn't be happier. $10 per fan though is a bit low and you are likely to get worse fans
