"No signal" problems due to gpu scaling on rx470

Kebogu,
Go to solution Solved by LabRat,

pull the card out. hook cable to motherboard. do a cmos reset. boot up.

I just built my first computer and it turned out great. All was working properly until i went into the amd graphics settings and started to check what did some of the setting do. I turned on gpu scaling because the web said it makes resolution issues more convenient to handle, but the problem is im using an 1080p hdtv. When I turned it on, the screen started to go black for a couple of seconds and turn on again, so i knew that setting was a problem, so i inmediately turned it off. Instead of everything going back to normal, the computer crashed (the whole win10 saying "your computer ran into a problem :(" ) and now there is no signal. I connected the hdmi to the motherboard, tried to get into the bios or something, but no luck, my computer now wont display anything to my tv.

Im guessing the computer is now displaying a resolution my tv wont recognize, but i have no idea how to change that. Any help is appreciated.
