White Peripherals

I was thinking to buy a Corsair M65 Pro in white but wondered if a white peripheral would get dirty too quickly and require extra maintenance versus a black one. Is it really that way?

yes. everything white needs alot of attention for cleaning and maintenance because dirt buildup is much easier too see.

As much as I like white when it comes to PC parts, I tend to be hesitant about white peripherals for that exact reason.

Well it depends, if you don't eat cheetos at your PC then it could stay decently clean for a long tiem

But maybe that's a good thing. The periferals would be cleaner, more hygienic, if you clean them more often.

Lol, but hands have skin oils anyway so I think I'm gonna go with the black version.

That's true, but you'd also have fading and other imperfections. I'd guess keys like WASD would discolour earlier than the rest for example (if you game a lot). Those little things would drive me insane
