I have the speakers already, they were £200 ish. The keyboard was £120, but I know someone who's got a business contract with a supplier, so I haven't paid these listed prices. I paid £1350 for everything in the pc part picker list (£1550 if you include the speakers I already own!)

It's fine, can't see any real issues. :)

If you've already bought it then just be ready for some Razer slaying and whatever :P

Yeah, the RX480 will do ultra 2560x1080 at over 45FPS (mostly 60FPS actually) in almost every game considering that it's able to do 45FPS+ in most games at 1440p@ultra.

So I know I've spent loads on RGB stuff and silly peripherals, but I wanted to and it's all down to personal preference. What do you think?

Not sure about that PSU. DA chroma is meh, BWX is shit, so are all Razer keyboards. Keyboard and Speakers don't have price data either.

Balanced overall but that SSD's shit, upgrade that for a little more if you can

PSU is tier-3, ignore my idiocy.

idk

It isn't very good value. You could probably fit a GTX 1070, a 6600k+Z170 motherboard and a 34" 1440p ultrawide monitor into that budget, to be honest. You can even keep the case and RGB in the form of LEDs. I kept a minimalist colour scheme so nothing conflicts with the RGB lighting.

Not really. Being cheap does not imply being terrible. The Sandisk SSD PLUS is the only MLC SSD at that price range at 120GB, 240GB, and 480GB capacities.

MLC SSDs last longer.

I was pretty conflicted. I went with the Pro4 because it has better heatsinks and power delivery. MSI's low-end Z170 boards aren't very good, although they'll do in a pinch.

The heatsinks should be removable via screws in the back, so if OP really hates them, he could take them off, spray-paint them, re-apply thermal pads, and stick them on again.

Edit: price difference is minimal and the heatsinks seem okay. Will edit.
