people will need more information.

 

Computer specs

Operating system

any programs currently running.

I7-7700k@5.1ghz + 1080ti @ 2050mhz + 32gbs Ram + 2TB SSD = CSGO

i7-6700k@4.9ghz + 980ti @ 1501mhz + 16gbs Ram + 1 TB SSD = Backup

i7-3770k@4.8ghz + 680 4gb + 32gbs Ram + 500gb SSD = Retired/Office work

Back on my laptop, the same thing would happen, it's probably because loading a map takes "so many" resources on a low end PC. Is it a laptop or an old desktop?

cup: AMD A10 7850K @ 4GHz

GPU: Reference GTX 970

Storage: PNY 128GB sad

Motherboard: gigabyte GA-F2a88xm-D3H

Hyper 212 evo

RAM: 8GB 1600MHZ

 

OS: Windows 10 pro

Programs: only steam and csgo. possibly a steam call going on.

It tends to get stuck at a certain part, Even when I turn my settings down all the way, it still stutters.

specs are listed above. It is a Desktop pc. IT is fairly new. everything but the gpu is about 1yr old.
