This test is using everything to the max including my ram and stuff, should I be worried? Just no clue what is causing it.

Run memtest and make sure you get NO errors any errors will indicate a ram failure.

Does it just get really sluggish and hangs momentarily or does it actually crash as @knightslugger asked?
