Logitech G502 mouse Tracking Problems

The mouse I bought for christmas, the G502, haws recently had Tracking problems. And i don't understand why. I have it plugged in a USB 3.1 port, I have lowered the Polling rate, I changed ports, I checked my settings, both in the software and on Windows. Any ideas?

What surface you use it on?

Just a mouse pad from a shop I found. It had been used for 1-2 years, but worked on other mice I tried it on.

Stuttering. In and off of a game, but more present on a game.
