Rules in Error Popup in Outlook 365 *2016*

Fellow Techies,

I hope all are doing well. I have a question that hopefully someone can answer for me. I moved my pst file from my old pc on outlook 2016 to outlook 2016 on my new pc.I keep getting this pop up "Rules in Error" It can't move emails from sender A to Junk folder or sender B to BS folder (custom folder under inbox). Why is this happening?

Instructions for frustration management:  

1) Sit at desk.   2) Repeatedly slam forehead against desk.

Bump. Having the same issue after switching from Office Professional (Company license) to personal Office 365 Personal.
