Hi, i have an old laptop, HP probook 6570b that is beeing given away to a friend of mine.

I was to reinstall windows and after going through windows "Reset this PC" program the program started delete my files. Fine.

When the install process started we got powerloss. After that the pc goes to post and freezes there. So the question is: How can i get the os up and running without clearing the whole drive? I don't want to buy a new copy of windows and i do not intend to pirate a fake windows copy. Operating system is win 10 and the pc was working fine before i reinstalled it. And i don't get any BSOD

Get someone to create you a Windows 10 Installation USB Stick (Media creation tool). Go into the Win10 Installation setup pick the partition where the 1st Win10 try is on. It will install win10. After the installation you might have a C:\Windows_old (or something like that). You can delete that.

The installation should not ask for a key. If it does then search for the key somewhere on the laptop (maybe under the Battery).

My Setup:
CPU: i7 4790 @3800 MHz, MB: MSI H87-G41, Grafik: Gigabyte GTX 1080TI, RAM: 2x 8GB DDR3 (1600), Storage: Samsung SSD 850 Evo

You should not need a new Win10 Key if it was installed on that MB already. If prompted, click "I Don't have my key"

Is clearing the drive somehow detrimental to your goal?

Yeeeah, keys tend to be on stickers for oem equipment. If OP can't find that, proofbof purchase and a call will be the next step. No reason to drop an extra $80 for Windows key here.

Wow! What a response! I am from scandinavia and i have got some good experience from HP support where a hp guy came to my house and fixed a keyboard on the spot. But are you guys saying that if i rewrite my partition and install windows from a usb device on to the SSD and put it back in the computer the motherboard will function as a windows activation key? If that's right that might be the easiest way for me. If not i will give a HP tech guy a call tomorrow and take it from there.

After not doing anything for some days i ripped out the ssd and put it in my gaming setup and whiped the partition using the asus uefi settings. I then downloaded windows 10 on a usb and started the laptop up and installed windows! And i did not need to add a windows activation key after finishing the process.
