going to be installing a floating desk soon and am installing my computer into the desk to have the sleek look. doing so im sure i need to switch to water cooling and need some guidance on what to buy to keep it all cool. i have a sabertooth 990fx with a fx 8350 and a 7970 both with mild ocs to cool, already have the water block for the gpu and pciex extension cable to lay it flat. budget for the cooling setup is about $220 and am starting from scratch sp need a full setup. found a few decent ones so far but not sure what size rad id need to keep them cool

its 120mm of size for every component you're cooling. Dont cheap out on water cooling though. Save up a couple hundred and get an EKWB kit.

If you wanted to get a kit to save on costs something like the P360 would be very good for something like this and have enough rad space for both the CPU and GPU.

EK predator maybe?

$220 will not get you anything more than a cheap CPU loop.

You should save up $400+ for a good quality loop, otherwise stick to AIO.

It would but will not be very silent to keep the same temps due to the reduced size. The reason why I recommend the P series is the D5 pump over the DDC.

You can get an ek block, a decent pump and rad for a little over 200. Just depends on over size if the rad. The tubing, fittings and adding a res will put you over 300.
