Requirements:

-Black & Red color scheme

-S340 Black & Red

-Ark Survival on decent graphics: Most graphically demanding game he would play on the PC

-Uprgadeability

-No need for VR

-SSD & HDD if it fits within the budget ($700) (If not, just HDD)

-Has no need for storage above 1TB

-Preferably matching color scheme

If you find a 1080p monitor under $120 USD then yes. He already has a keyboard and a mouse.
