HI, i was looking at some benchmark video

and this dude got 20-30FPS one GTA V out of a

Core 2 duo e4300 1.8Ghz

2GB DDR2 ram

GT730 2GB

Windows 8.1

 

What?

But i have pretty similar specs

MY specs:

Core 2 duo e4400 2.0Ghz

4GB DDR2 ram

GT730 2GB

Windows 8.1

 

Can i get 20-30 FPS?

Could do, GTA V scaled pretty well to hardware. Though 20fps... ??

look its simple

your cpu is faster,

and you have more ram

assuming your background processes arent hogging system resources

you should be able to achieve the same or similar results as the video you saw

Says in comments that its all low, some medium. That and using really low res could be doable. Won't be pretty, but doable.
