Recently I've been noticing that my GTX 960 is running at it's full core clock non stop. It never goes down to an idle temp and it never goes above the core clock unless I start playing a game of course. I'm just curious has anyone else been having this happen to them, if not are you sure it's not happening and you just aren't aware of it? I have two other friends that are having the same problems and both are of their cards are barely two weeks old now. They have 1050ti and 1060.

Thank you for any help or explanation as to why this is happening.
