Best lightweight codec

Hello there, I need to know which codec and container combo(consider available encoders) is the lightest in terms of processing overhead. I plan to use the codec on a raspberry pi, so please keep that in mind. BTW, I want it to be low enough bitrate for 2hrs of 480-1080p(not sure which camera) to come out under 16gb. Thanks!

You have to normally convert it from the camera for the pi.

 

 

For codec, use h264 as it has hardware acceleration on the pi.
