Is youtube dying today ?

I started getting errors early this morning on mobile app. Then I get home and keep gettign errors on PC like "video unavailable" or no access to comment section (image below). Refreshing might or might not help...

Whats happening ?

I've been getting full functionality all day. Maybe it's tied to your account or your geographical area.

That happened to me too. I was wondering if it had something to do with me running CCleaner but I guess not.

Seemed to work alright for me during my lunch break... As another user mentioned, most likely is tied to your geographical region.

I've noticed some changes in youtube as well.

 

I often scrub through videos using "j" and "l" to skip 10 seconds in either direction. I've recently noticed that if I scrub too far forward, the video will show the loading animation, then just freak out and freeze chrome all together. 

 

This has never happened before, it only started recently, maybe the last few months. I haven't tested it with any other browser, so it may be a chrome issue.

I just uploaded a video. Everything on YouTube is working fine for me.
