Overwatch laptop Suggestion

I want to buy a laptop for my girlfriend,I need suggestions for a laptop mainly for overwatch

budget is around $1000 USD.

I live outside US but I will try to buy it on Amazon, I just hope that the tax and handling will not cost me much.
