if you are going for pro go for the titan x or a 1070 minimum. Cuda cores will help with rendering. amd pro duo might be a good solution. get a good cpu minimum a 5820k or a 6900k.

If i use i7 6700k cpu ,mobo ga x170 ws ecc, is it will be good

the GTX1060 wipes the floor off the K620

the K620 only has 2GB DDR3 memory

vs the GTX 1060 GDDR5

and the PCI-E gen 2 vs the Gen 3 on the 1060

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

Look at the gpu support for the programs that you use. I know that certain professional applications (ex: AutoCAD) only support Quadro GPUs. Even if they are not as good as their GeForce counterparts on paper, they may perform better if the program has been optimized for them.

I'd consider the K1200 or M2000 if you don't plan on doing any gaming. Otherwise, the GTX 1060 is a solid choice.
