PC crashes when trying to install drivers.

Hi, so I have this problem with my computer that happens everytime I try to install a driver ( doesn't matter which) I get a machine check exception blue screen and the PC doesn't reboot in other times my PC just freezes randomly.

 

Specs: 

Intel core i7-6700k

Corsair h105

Asus maximus viii hero with latest bios

Corsair vengeance led 2x8gb 3000mhz DDR 4

WD black 1 tb

Gtx 660ti

Corsair tx650

Sumsung 840 evo 120gb ssd

 

What I've tried so far is:

Reinstalling windows, removing GPU, removing ssd, checking mb for bent pins and reinstalling CPU, removing ram and using only one ram stick, removed fan connectors and USB devices, reconnect the power cables. 

 

edit: I have changed my psu to a seasonic platinum 760w and still no change. the crashes happen when I try to NVidia, intel and asmedia drivers, system works alright when I'm not trying to install anything.

Does it run on the iGPU?

Tried it with all 4 RAM sticks? 

Maybe try reinstalling windows?

I did reinstall windows few times and tried windows 7 , 8.1 and 10 no change and for the ram I tried with 2 sticks and 1 stick in different slots still no change
