This might be the best you can get. https://www.amazon.com/MSI-GE62-Apache-Pro-239-i7-6700HQ/dp/B01FG9XS4E/ref=sr_1_4?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1485177656&sr=1-4&keywords=gaming%2Blaptop&refinements=p_n_feature_fourteen_browse-bin%3A2057441011&th=1 It has a 970m which is only slightly slower than a 1060 and is a pretty nice laptop for 884 pounds. The i5 is plenty for a gaming laptop too because there isn't much of a performance difference and the 1080p display allows for a good amount of headroom for your GPU.

Configure it how you want. Buy your ram and drives seperately cause it's expensive on the configurator. Finally take off Windows and source an OEM version yourself. Far cheaper that way.

Also the closest thing you can get to building your own laptop.

you are wrong. the closest thing you can get to building your own laptop is

1) building it

2) buying a Alienware 15/17 late 2016/ early 2016 model.
