ok, so i just installed my h100 about an hour ago, and im using a single set of Noctua NF-F12's using the low noise adapter. my computer is an FX6100 at 4.6Ghz 1.4V and pump set to highest setting, my max temps with prime 95 was 77C on the cpu but 69 on the cores, is that an ok temp or is it just still settling in, also CPU idles around 40-46C, cores 24-27C. any help is appreciated since this is my first 2x120 rad, only had a thick 1x120 before

sounds like you got maximum cooling with that combination of LNA and F12 fans.

what ambient temperature? because core temperature is what is important. and if

your ambient goes up, so will your cores. have you run the fans without LNA attached?

what kinda temps loaded on that route?

just a note, the pump runs wide-open throttle (there is not speed adjustment) the button

in the middle controls the fan profiles for the stock fans.

how much better in temperatures are you seeing over the single 120mm solution?

so far its only a measly 5 degrees, its the exact same setup, low noise adapters, and its still almost the same temps

Try taking off the LNA's and see what temps you get? Depending on thickness between old and new rad, this could also explain things. The NF-F12's are pretty quiet even at full speed...

well, if the h100 was folded in half it would still be thicker than my old rad, but i just took of the LNA and plugged the y adapter into the cpu fan header and dropped it down to 4.2Ghz cause 4.6 wasn't 100% stable, its idling around 37, with the fan profile on silent, but i have yet to prime 95 it, also going to switch the stock thermal paste out for my Arctic Silver Ceramique 2 to see if it helps at all
