You should have said Celcius, I got a little confused there. I recommend you swap out that thing because it's running FSB speeds which is a little old. If you can't tell us your motherboard.

Go into the bios and see if it's listed there, but it's probably not going to since its from the manufacture and they don't expect you to OC it.

I believe that chipset supports overclocking but honestly it's so old there's not much of a point. It's not going to be stable most likely and the benefits aren't worth the time. Before you do any overclocking you should stress test it, if your temps get too high there's going to be limited overclocking you can do. If it's stable for a while then I guess you could go into the BIOS and up the multiplier and vcore a bit but don't expect to go far. The Q6600 was a decent CPU and still manages to run moderately with some overclocks, I'd grab one of those for $20 off ebay if you want to see any actual change.
