How much is your budget in Philippine Peso?

What is your refresh rate? 60hz? 1440hz?

Will you need peripherals like mouse, keyboard and headset?

Your location in the Philippines?

@herman mcpootis sure i dont mind

Here you go. I converted your estimated budget of $800-1000 (roughly Php 50k)

CPU Intel Core i7 7700 16100
Motherboard MSI B250M Bazooka 4600
Memory Gskill Ripjaws V 16GB 2x8GB 2400 5980
GPU Sapphire RX 480 Nitro+ OC 4GB 11060
Storage - SSD Samsung 850 Evo 250GB 4750
Storage - HDD Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 2350
Case Tecware Raiden 1420
Power Supply Corsair CX550M 80+ Bronze 3450
Fan (Exhaust) ID Cooling SF-120 400
Total   50110

The i7 would help with your use case. Coming in locked, you wont need a custom cooler unless you find the stock cooler loud.

The 16GB RAM will also help with the work load.

The GPU is just the icing on the cake if you want to game (Who doesn't?). It can also handle 1440p well on other games.

CPU: Intel Core i5-6600k 4.4GHz | Motherboard: Asus ROG STRIX Z270F Gaming | Cooler: Cryorig H7 | RAM: GSkill Ripjaws V 8GB 2x4 3200 MHz | GPU: MSI GTX 1070 Gaming X | PSU: Seasonic G-550w 80+ Gold Certified, Semi Modular | Storage: 250GB Samsung 850 EVO, 1TB Western Digital Caviar Blue | Case: NZXT S340 Elite (Black/Red) | Monitor: BenQ XL2411 144hz | Keyboard: Corsair STRAFE RGB Cherry MX Silent | Mouse: Corsair M65 Pro RGB

Actually I changed it. There were two xeons on the list and I got the one without hyperthreading.

The ad had the wrong processor in it. lol

This should be the one on the ad.
