$200 for CPU, MOBO, and RAM: Help

I'm planning on building a new pc, and I'm on a really tight budget. I got an r9 285 for $90 on eBay, and I now have $200 for a CPU, motherboard, and ram. I'm leaning towards the Pentium g4560, as it is only $72 on newegg, and has hyperthreading. What do you guys think?

200$ is not a lot...this would do the trick i think it's hard to do any better than that with 200$

This motherboard is cheaper and would do just fine...it's just the Pro4 looks a lot better and IMHO it's worth the extra 11$ but maybe not to everyone:

ok coming clean...the processor support up to 2400mhz memory on this motherboard so if the goal is the best performance possible with the money this one would be better it has an uglier and a bit cheaper motherboard but the ram is better:
