Origin Download Going Backwards?

Hello I Recently bought Titanfall 2, while i'm trying to download it the game keeps jumping from 7GB back To 3GB and then 6GB back to 5GB and so on, my download speed is 10-15 MB/s, i had the same problem with BF1 a few weeks ago but disabling firewall made the download sort of work to the point where i could download it with minimal backwards downloads, didn't work with TF2

nope still rolled back from 8gb to 4gb
