Important Need over clocking HELP

alright here is my problem currently i have my i5 4690k at 4.6ghz and 1.25v i have ran aida64 and cpuz multi threaded stress test and my computer isnt crashing but it was when i had the voltages down at 1.225v but sense it was stable i started to do the Aida64 GPGPU benchmark i had unchecked the integrated graphics and it started running then after the AES 256 test blue screen and my pc restarts is there a Fix Should i Up the Voltages or what please help!! also what was very odd right before it crashed the Debug LED spiked up to 90 which cold have been CPU temp i do not know.

My computer was originaly crashing at 1.225v @4.6 on CPUZ stress test. 

First PC Build

GPU: MSI GTX 1070 gaming x                  Case: NZXT s340 elite Black/Red

Cooling:H100i V2 / Bequiet Fans

16GB Hyper X Fury Memory

Benched on CPUZ (Single-thread=2140) (Multi-Thread=8316)

Fire Strike 1.1=13660

Time Spy=5519

Cinebench R15 (CPU= 509cb) (OpenGL=118.28 FPS)

Unigine (Superposition 4k optimized=5581) (Heaven Extreme=120.6 FPS Score:3038) (Valley Extreme HD= 92.7 FPS Score:3879)

more voltage, im running 4.7GHz at 1.335V on my I5 4690K. you will want to do a 24h AIDA64 validation run too aswell when you find something stabile

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

just run aida 64 stress test for 24 hr?

you think 1.28 or 1.3v should be good

yah just up the voltage, do a 10min run to make sure its atleast somewhat OK then if it passes that do a 24h run, if it can take 24h of AIDA64 its good

how do i now if the voltage is too high will it just get hotter

there is no too high before you reach 1.4V really, but if also keep an eye on temps. if your CPU reaches more then 85C you will want to turn down the voltage and with that probably also the multiplier
