What? They're bad PSUs, but they'd be recalled if they were to explode. Considering it's not gonna be taxed to the edge, it's perfectly fine for a low end machine.

This is an i3 and a 1050. That's not high end. Stop bashing low end power supplies - they're good enough for lower end builds and for people who want to save a little money. The system is not even using half of the wattage the PSU can push.

OP - this is a little more expensive, but I swapped out the mobo for a cheaper and still full-featured option and put in a significantly better GPU. I'd still maybe upgrade the PSU in the future, but it isn't bad.
