Steam backup

Is there any way to have a backup plan in case i loose my steam account? I just hate the idea of having all my games that I've bought linked to a kinda vulnerable single account. I already lost a Microsoft account once thanks to MC buggy system and i had to create another Steam account because of it.

Use 2fa with your steam account, and make sure your passwords are secure. You'll be fine.

You need an email account in order to create a steam account. I lost my email, so i had to create a new steam account. I could still log in to steam but there were a lot of restrictions.

i'm sure valve can help you out there.

 

besides, even if you back up the games, the ones that implement steamAPI correctly cant be played without a steam account that owns the game.

 

the backup plan is pretty simple: protect your steam account properly.

I didn't need to, by that time i hadn't build my gaming PC so i only had F2P games, i just created a new one. I don't have any experience with Valve's support.
