Need advices on a workstaion GPU

Hey guys,

 

I'm looking for a work station recommendation GPU for my friend and also a CPU that will be paired with the GPU. He is going to do 3ds Max, Cyberlink powerdvd, total media theater,.....on professional level please give me some advices on hardwares that can go with those softwares above. He will be playing some games on that computer also.

 

Budget will be around $4000 to $6000.

can you SLI Quadro series GPU? How would that scale?

Of course you can but application performance isn't worth it

yeah plus with that price tag I think that is going to be a problem if I want 2 of those

can this one be able to run at 4k resolution? (just want to future-proof)
