Mic issues

When ever I push the talk button within games it repeats back everyone else talking

Lower the mic's volume, lower the speakers/headphones' volume, enable echo cancellation and/or use sound suppression when transmitting/receiving voice (ducking in Vent, attenuation in Mumble, and such).

I think we need more details, like which mic you are using/which program you are using.

Like said above, if you are using speakers that's probably causing the problem, or your headphones might leak so much the microphone is picking it up.

Px21 and p11 I can even have them turned all the way down and people hear the self echoing through my mic when I hit push to talk in any game

Check in your VOIP to see that you are not using the output (Too the headphones) as in input (Normally the mic), if not check Windows Playback and Recording Devices to make sure that your ins and outs are set properly.
