Microsoft Surface Pro 2 Firmware Update Improves Battery Life

I love the way some of these things are published on different articles. If you are looking at an news article you should, some times, just highlight the main info on the title and google it and see what others are saying. This is a perfect example.

Any ways, some of the other articles I saw while googling this are glowing for Microsoft and yet between Anandtech and Computer World they have it nailed.

It was a bug, that has been fixed, one that it should never been shipped with but hey, thats MS no?

Problem is that it still only brings it in line with its competition, not ahead and in reality its only around 6th from the top when it comes to its competitors and while it is an almost 2 hour improvement it still just brings it to where it was. At least its now ahead of the Surface 2, but will that now get a fix?

Anything that can improve battery life is a good thing, especially with the struggling Surface products
