Hey guys currently I have a fx-4300 CPU and a gt 730 GPU. I am about to get either a gtx 1050 ti or a gtx 960. I know my processor is not the greatest but will it be able to at least play games at a good fps and stuff. I am going to get a new CPU in the future but I do not have the money right now and will only be able to get a graphics card. I went to pc part picker and all my other parts are compatible with the items too. If you want to see my pc go onto walmart and type in gaming pc. The IBuyPower one is the one i have that comes in blue and green. Thanks for your help.

well, if you can overclock the FX-4300 then it'll be even better but even at stock it shouldn't be too bad. Maybe consider the FX-6300 if you really want to upgrade but I'd say wait for Zen and compare it to Kaby lake and upgrade to either of those after a GPU upgrade and you'll be set for about another 2 years.

Yours faithfully

Well I have a budget of about $200. I will be getting the gtx 960 as a gift maybe. if I do not get it I will get the 1050 ti

Really? You can do better than a 1050. This is my suggestion:  https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0196LWL3W/ref=crt_ewc_title_gw_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER

Its better than a 1060/RX 480, verry good price to performance for budget builds. With the rebate and prime its cheaper than a good RX 480.

Computers r fun
