How much ram is needed for a efficient transcode with an a10 6800k apu on WHS 2011?

I7-6700k, Asus Maximus VIII Formula, 2 x 8GB Corsair Dominator Plantinum ram, ASUS GTX 960 STRIX, sound blaster zx, 1TB boot drive ssd, 128GB/256GB storage ssd, 1TB storage HDD, 4TB of storage (backup),Windows 10 Pro,1000w psu

2GB is fine but 4GB isn't that expensive anyway.

8GB help "a lot" sometimes friend (and ram is cheap)  :ph34r:

CPU = A10 6800K (@4.3Ghz) / GPU = HD 8670D (@844mhz/ram@1866mhz) - 2016 ≠ Dual Cores - why learn Linux ? - OLD intel x4 cpu (Q6600) + amd HD 7950 - this is what i think on watts x dollar cost - CPU "bottlenecks" only start to show "at the super high end cards" (like the 390) if you have a 4 cores CPU
