Logitech G502 Tuning Weights

Hi all,

I have a somewhat weird request. When I got my Logitech G502 I asked my parents to bring the mouse over to my new home during Christmas, only to find out that they brought the mouse and threw away the tuning weights and the box.... 

Does anyone have this mouse and have extra weights that I could possibly buy? I live in Reading, UK so if anyone is from UK or near that would be easier.

 

 

Remind me never to ask my old parents to do anything with tech-y stuff, even the simplest of things can get messed up T.T

This is both mildly tragic and hilarious! I'm sorry for your loss. 

If it's any consolation the mouse at 121g without weights is already a relatively heavy mouse, so unless you like a really heavy mouse maybe the weights are not needed?

 I know the mouse is already quite heavy but I did buy the mouse for the extra weight. I was angry when I found that that they threw away this 'heavy container looking thing'. T.T

I haven't tried. I assumed that they won't do anything about it since it was technically my fault D;

They might not give you free replacements, but they might and/or they might be willing to sell you replacements. Either way, id ask.

I've now just posted a support ticket to Logitech about this. Hopefully I'll be able to get a set of weights! Thanks

They're usually really good with support. Thee weights are available under the accessories for the mouse. I believe they are $5.99 with shipping. But don't quote me on the price.

Sorry. though I wish they would make a heavier kit for those of us who like it heavy. Using all five and I still push the thing around too easily.

Just an update I know its been a while. I contacted Logitech and I've now received a new set of weights for free!

Gotta love their customer support!
