So some companies are really good with taking back cards if they fail for some reason but the reason is not because of somthing with water cooling. Like if a memory chip dies for example. I had this happen with an msi card and they just told me to put the stock cooler back on and i got a warrenty replacement. How is nvidia with this? I don't want to water cool a card if it will void a warrenty.

"If it's clear that the card died because of something you did while either attempting to install a waterblock or a leak in your loop caused damage expect them to turn your RMA down.

That being said, as long as you fully assemble the card to the way it was when you purchased it if you need to RMA it then you will be fine. There are no warranty void if removed stickers anywhere that would trigger them to turn you down."

I literally just searched it up and copied this. This was about the 1080 FE

Can't say for sure, but EVGA covers warranty even if you did remove stock cooler.

I haven't heard any other GPU companies that would cover it.

If you ask me, you can just put stock cooler back on before sending card back and they won't bother much. Just make sure you don't dammage anything. If you know what you're doing, there is almost no way of knowing if stock cooler was removed or not.

Samsung EVO 960 M.2 250GB | Samsung EVO 860 PRO 512GB | 4x Be Quiet! Silent Wings 140mm fans

i know msi dosen't even care if the sticker is there or not. i have taken coolers off and on many times and never caused damaged because of water cooling parts. How on earth do you remove the screw so to not break the sticker. Plyers?

If you have to screw out screws you that say "If you remove this sticker you will void your warranty", then you will void your warranty. If not i think it should be good.
