Replacement

Im looking for a graphics card to replace my old R9 380 and i don't know what to get. I was thinking of getting a Gtx 1050Ti but i'm not sure if i should try and find another card for around a different price point.

 

If possible can i have some advise of a reference for a card around the £150 - £200 price points

for 200 pounds he could get a 4gb rx480 though...

Yep, as long as does not  do what my R9 does and go 90 degrees when i use it.

Thanks. I'm just a bit scared of the RX's because my card is the previous gen and it warms my room up like a radiator.

Honestly I would recommend saving a bit more money or wait for a new generation unless your games are starting to feel real sluggish. the jump from a 380 to a 1050ti/470 isn't going to be all that significant.

Iirc, the 1050 ti is slower than a 380x, so that's just a sidegrade. You would need to go with at least a 470 to see a jump in performance.
