Why, oh why do I think so negatively?

I always stress myself so much and look at things so badly. I try not to but I just do! Like for example, school. Now at this new school every subject seems fine except math. I'm almost completely lost in the stuff we are taking and so I stress myself and go like: "OMG IM GONA FAIL MATH AND NOT PASS AND THEN I WONT WANT TO STUDY AND I WONT CARE ABOUT SCHOOL AND THEN I'LL ESCAPE FROM HOME AND BECOME A HOBO BECAUSE I WONT EVEN HAVE A JOB!" (but I had like the 3rd best report card back in my old school :P ) and not to mention I keep getting As(or 1s in my country) at this school.

 

 

How the heck do I become less stressed? Not just school, but everything! Im a pretty impatient guy but I make my whole life seem like it's one big deadline and I have to get everything done so fast, yea...you probably dont know what i mean but whatever....

I just live without giving a crap about people, unless its a necessary a that time. I never look at something and think its hard. I just think about in it in multiple layers of complicated thought. I think around stuff instead of just giving up and digging myself a hole.
