Gpu sag and cleaning questions

I have two questions, 1. Is my gpu fine or is it sagging to much and do I need to prop it up? 2. My back plate is dusty and I was wondering if I can just wipe it off with a paper towel or if I would need to pull it out and use something else to clean it?

Sag is neve really a great thing but Idk how you would properly prop it up. I have a tripple slot car that is probably sagging aswell but idk ...the best and probably ugliest idea I can come up with is a woddens tick you can saw and grind to length easily.

 

While cleaning I would unplug it and drain all the power by holding power for 6+ seconds. A paper towl is probably fine in terms of static.
