Alternative way to putting music on iphone?

I have a jailbroken iphone 6 on ios 8. Itunes is really annoying and i currently can't put music on my phone. Are there any good alternative ways for putting music from your computer to your iphone?

use bridge via cydia 

if not, you can try to move the files directly on to the phone in a directory, and use filza to play the music (do not use iFile, it fucks up iOS if you try to delete something)

email music to yourself. next time get a android phone.

You could use a music streaming service.

But @themctipers's advice is best advice.
