Which VGA my old low-end system?

Crazy Snail

Parts of my system:
- CPU: Pentium G610 (3M Cache, 2.60 GHz) - only support up to 32 GB of DDR3 1066
- VGA: Integrated
- RAM: 2GB 1333 MHz DDR3
- Motherboard: H61MX - which support up to 16 GB of DDR3 1600
- Memory: I can't check it now, but it's a slow 500 GB HDD
I'm from Vietnam and I'm using the Inspiron 3542 (Intel i5-4210U - 4 GB DDR3L 1600 - HDD - Integrated VGA).
I'm thinking of upgrading my old system (I'm studying at the college) for HD gaming, I'll watched many reviews, read topics but I really want to ask you guys to have the right decision:
- Should I upgrade my old system? And if I do which graphic card should I choose that will work just fine with my system? (Can I have some thing stronger than R7 250X or GTX 650?) If I only use 8 GB of DDR3 1600 RAM, will that a bad idea?
- What can I do to improve my Laptop's performance? I can't even play LoL at minimium setting with stable 60+ FPS (Sometimes it drops to 10- FPS)!
Sorry for the bad English, I'm still working on it!
Thanks for your help!

Lol a new CPU would benefit you the most becase then you could use the Igpu till you can save up for a dedicated GPU

But then you'd need a new Mobo too

Tks! :3
Yeah, but for a new Mobo and a new CPU, it would be like "build my system", not upgrading it...! :">
Cuz I can't use any part of my old system (Maybe the old HD display?)!
But which CPU (or APU) should I choose that better than R7 250X or GTX 650?

No it's an upgrade. That's only buying two new parts not every part.

You can keep the ram, HDD, case, PSU.

If you just get a gpu I guess I would help with graphics but the CPU will still be chugging in games cashing bad frame rates.

You want to upgrade the pentium or i5 rig?

You could upgrade your CPU to something like an i5 3470 for $70, grab some cheap RAM (I've seen $30 for 8gb DDR3), then get yourself a budget video cards. I've seen 750ti 2gb for 60-70 bucks. Remember, eBay is your friend.

As for your laptop, there isn't much you can do but lower game settings.

i5 6600k and GTX 1070 but I play 1600-900. 1440p BABY!

Still, don't put too much faith in my buying decisions. xD

But I have buy new RAM anyway (can't live with 2 GB right? :">);
Maybe I should find a way to stay with my Laptop - I'm using i5-4210U Integrated VGA, feel like it's as weak as G620's...!
Add more 4 GB RAM and find a SSD? :">

I minimized all game settings just for 60+ FPS, but it still drop (After the winter theme update)!
And I'm learning Java, running NetBeans IDE is more than terrible, even with a clean Windows 10 installization, bloatwares removed and install nothing else but Office 2016 and LoL! :">
My parents say I can buy a new Laptop, but I said no!
Thank you! :)
So good to be here!
