it's a quick question, i know ssd's and defrag are huge no no but i don't know about raided hard drives, it should be the same as a standard ahci setup isn't it? well i'm asking because i'm not sure so it can be done or not?

this is one of the greatest thing that has happened to me recently, and it happened on this forum, those involved have my eternal gratitude http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/198850-update-alex-got-his-moto-g2-lets-get-a-moto-g-for-alexgoeshigh-unofficial/ :')

i use to have the second best link in the world here, but it died ;_; its a 404 now but it will always be here

There hasn't been a real need to defrag hard drives in the last ten years or more, don't worry about it. o.O

On hard drives, it can make a big difference on filesystems thats get fragmented easily, like ntfs.
