ops nevermind your using Speccy right? just double it that's your real frequency

Hello Folks!

I recently bought the the same HyperX Fury 8GB Kits again go upgrade to 16GB. Before putting them in I had 8GB running at 1600MHz and after pluging them in it went down to 799MHz. Is that normal? Can I overclock them back to 1600MHz or something like that? I was searching thru old posts on google and someone said I can just go into the BIOS and put it on 1600MHz and I did that but nothing changed after booting up again and looking into Speccy. I am a little bit confused now.

These is my Specssheet as

Operating System
    Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit
CPU
    Intel Core i5 4460 @ 3.20GHz    25 °C
    Haswell 22nm Technology
RAM
    16,0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 799MHz (10-10-10-30)
Motherboard
    ASRock B85 Pro4 (CPUSocket)    28 °C

And this is the specifics of the RAM https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B00J8E8ZLK/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

DDR does mean Double Data Rate therefore 800x2 = 1600 and it is correct.

So everythings running fine? Good to know, thanks a lot
