Z270 mini-ITX

I'm looking at the new motherboards and was wondering what people thought about these.

My needs are Z270, 6 Sata3 and wifi/Bt.

I obviously will take price into consideration, just wondering what people see as pros and cons of the boards that I might not see.

Then I will look at the pros/cons and the price and decide what to get.

Considering the boards were just announced and there's probably no reviews of them yet, none of us can really tell you anything at the moment other than looking at features / pictures.

That would be only one of them.

I'm leaning towards the Gigabyte one. How effective are sticky thermal pads with mini heatsinks as a DIY fix for that?

How effective it would be....I personally wouldn't know, but AsRock as yet to let me down. 

And if anything, you can look at other board, pretty sure EVGA will have an ITX board for z270, and just buy a USB Wifi and Bluetooth adapters,

EVGA dose not have an Itx with 6 sata ports.
