Please someone help me I don't care who. I plugged in all my connectors onto my computer and when I went to start it the LEDs inside of the fans lit up for a Split Second and the fans spin up for a quick second but then nothing else happens. But the weird thing is all of the USB ports have power including the front panel and motherboard USB it doesn't seem like it's shorting out and I've already reseated the CPU and the graphics card and the ram and nothing happened it still does this.

Bad psu or dead mobo is what I think. Had a very similar problem with a pc once. It was the psu's fault.

I literally just bought the PSU and there should be no problems with the motherboard considering that it wants to power up

You could've just gotten a bad psu. No matter what, 9/10 times you will get a good psu, but there's that 1/10 chance you get a faulty one. You probably got unlucky and got a faulty one. Maybe you got one that doesn't supply enough wattage.

Maybe you didn't plug in a connector or something? if everything is plugged in, it's either a dead board, or a dead PSU

You're not gonna like this. I've had that happen twice. Both times, it was a bad PSU going full defective. The first time, it cost me a Z97 motherboard and a 4790K. The second time, it cost me an X58 motherboard.

Not saying that's what's happening to you, but that's been my experience.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.

Alright I can confirm it's not a bad PSU, CPU, motherboard, Ram I disconnected everything except those and it booted up I'm going to work my way from here to see if it works now by connecting things one by one if you guys can give me suggestions on what you think is wrong that would be great

This may sound a little crazy, but maybe it's your fans, your monitors, and you usb peripherals along with storage that is straining your psu, and causing to to stop working. Some brands do that to insure psu protection from burning out. I'd get a psu with an extra 100 warts on your current psu.

Alright problem solved at least I think for now the case fan at the front of my case must have some very bad wiring and is shorting out somewhere once I disconnected it my computer works perfectly except for that fan of course but honestly that's alright with me I've got another fan anyway so my computer will be a static pressure cooling system instead of a push-pull system
