CPU Usage Issues

Hey everyone, i have been having some major issues with my current setup which has the following specs:

I5 6500

GTX 1060 3GB

8GB DDR4 2133HZ Hyperx Fury 

the issue is, My i5 6500 is bottlenecking my 1060, its reaching and hovering around 100% all time in any game on 1080p whiled the gpu is sitting around 30-60%, i tried changing the settings in nvidia control panel and that did nothing, i tried changing the video settings in the videogames and that did nothing/

The games that i am testing are:

Battlefield 4

Overwatch

Grand Theft Auto 5

and many other games but they all end up with the same results.

Have you installed all of your drivers?

Can you use MSI Afterburner to show us the metrics while you game?

 

Also, what are your FULL specs?

What setting are you playing on? 1060 3g shouldn't be that badly limited by a 6500

sounds like something else is hogging the cpu. Potential Malware, driver corruption or OS Corruption.

my full specs are:

Asus h110m-a motherboard

Gigabyte windforce gtx 1060 3gb 

500w evga power supply 

Intel core i5 6500 3.2ghz

windows 10 home edition 

and i have tested every video setting 

from low-ultra and got the same framerate and the same results

i have even tried to to reset my pc and clean wipe it

Have you tried MSI afterburner? Just play for a few minutes and when you encounter the issue multiple times (emphasis on multiple), leave us a screenshot of the graphed metrics.
