Hi. Can i connect gtx 1070 via VGA to my S19C325N plus SAMSUNG monitor ? will it work with a DVI-D to VGA adapter ?

No it wont work that easily. VGA is analog and DVI-D is digital.

You will need active adapter and I suggest using DisplayPort to VGA when doing that.

The Founders Edition only comes with a DVI-D which will make it impossible to output analog signal, however aftermarket 1070's might come with an integrated ramdac that allow it to be shipped with DVI-I, you should look up the specification sheet directly on the manufacturer website be it EVGA, Zotac, PNY etc

I bought an HDMI to VGA adapter for some $10, you should get one of those. Or a DP to VGA but I think those are more expensive.

We have a NEW and GLORIOUSER-ER-ER PSU Tier List Now. (dammit @LukeSavenije stop coming up with new ones)
