Windows 10 cannot show login screen

Create a back up of your files then do a fresh install.

 

 

Steps

1: go to Walmart by portable hard drive that fits your needs

2:buy flash drive (8gb)

3:download windows 10 iso

4:create a bootable flash drive

5:transfer all personal files to portable hard drive

6:Then remove portable hard drive and boot the usb

7:install windows 10

8:go to ninite.com to install all you essential apps like web browsers and stall all at the same time.

9:transfer all your personal info back to your computer from the portable hard drive

10: return the hard drive and get your money back from Walmart.

11: Enjoy you new computer!!!!

Sometimes when i restart my Computer on Windows 10 and i want to login back into my computer it will not show any thing at all just the power button narrator and stuff but No username and password to login into Windows 10 its blurred and i cannot login until i Restart my computer. How can i possibly solve this issue?
